Property left onboard the Aircraft
All items and luggage lost whilst onboard the aircraft are held by the Airline.

Property left at the Airport Terminal
If you’ve left behind or lost something in the airport terminal, it may have been handed over to our Terminal desk.
Please fill out the Lost Property Form below and we will endeavor to get back to you within 3 business days. If an item requires return postage, the cost of a tracked courier bag and an administration fee will apply.
Essential identity documents (passports, etc.) and high value items (cash, wallets, jewellery, etc.) are passed on to NZ Police on the day they are found.
Any other items are stored for 3 months, afterwhich if uncollected will be disposed of.
